Second higher education

Specialists, bachelors and masters that have already got their higher education diplomas could get a second higher education.

For persons with whom the contractual agreements on studying the second higher education program have been signed, individual terms of attendance specific types of classes, practical training undergoing and assessment procedure may be stipulated.

          The second higher education should be provided with a tuition fee determined on a contractual basis. The second higher education could be provided both full-time and by correspondence using distance learning technologies.

          Furthermore, for PSTU full-time students is possible a parallel study of a second specialty or a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree education program.

Required documents and entrance tests:

          Persons entering for a second higher education take evaluation tests at the Department admission board, sign a contractual agreement thereafter and are admitted after the tuition fee payment.

          To enter PSTU it is necessary to submit a higher education diploma (Bacharel’s diploma, Specialist’s diploma or Master’s diploma. The documents should be submitted until September 1.
