PGUPS carries on with the 5^th International Anniversary Scientific Conference «Transport Technospherical and Ecological Safety» (TEBTRANS-2016).

On October 26^th, 2016 The Oak Hall of the University hosted a thematic exhibition on which companies and enterprises represented their state-of-the-art developments, such as equipment and technologies which ensure meeting environmental security regulations and requirements.

The Conference also includes a cultural programme during which the participants visited The Central Museum of Railway Transport. The Museum in its turn held meeting of Rector Alexander Panychev with the two Harbin delegations (China). One of them was headed by Vice-Director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Harbin Municipal Government of China, the other one — by Vice-President of Harbin University of Science and Technology, Professor Fang Wenbin. The University’s side was also represented by Vice-Rector for International and Public Relations, Professor Igor Kiselev and Vice-Rector for Research, Professor Tamila Titova.

On October 27^th, 2016 The Conference proceeded and held three round-tables talks: «Labour and Health Security as the key element of a Technological Breakthrough», «Development of Ecological Security Systems on Railway Transport Facilities», and «Training Staff and Human Resources in the Field of Technospherical Safety».
