Representatives of the Korean National University of Transportation (KNUT) visited the Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University. KNUT is the only university in Korea specializing in transport.

The purpose of the visit of the KNUT delegation was to discuss further scientific cooperation regarding the development of a methodology for the design and construction of railways, including tracks and roadways, bridges and tunnels in cold climate.

From KNUT was represented by Dr. Jeongho Oh, associate professor of the Department of Railroad Infrastructure System, Dr. Kook Hwan Cho, professor of the Graduate School of Railway, Indong Yang, Head of the training division of the Korea Rail Network, Jinhyo Heo, the Chief of construction division of Korea Rail Network, Sangjin Lee, the Deputy of facility division of the Korea Rail Network, Son Ho Lee, execute Director of SAMAN Enc., Joo Gong Lee, the president of Bon Enc. and Tae Hwan Oh, the Execute Director of KRTC Enc.
