On November 14, 2018, a number of cooperation agreements were signed between Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University and the universities of the People’s Republic of China within the framework of the Betancourt International Engineering Forum.

The agreements were signed in the presence of V.Y. Chepets, Head of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport and Mr. Li Xikui, Secretary General of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.

The agreement between PGUPS and Beijing Union University was signed by Rector A.Y. Panychev and President Lee Xuewey.

The agreement between the PGUPS and Dalian Transport University was signed by Rector A.Y. Panychev and Rector Ma Yundong.

The agreement between PGUPS and Lanzhou Transport University was signed by Rector A.Y. Panychev and Rector Li Yinzhen.

The agreement between the PGUPS and the University of Hohai was signed by Rector A.Y. Panychev and Vice-rector Xu Weiya.

The signed documents open the way for higher education institutions to new forms of cooperation in a wide range of areas.
