Talks were held in the Conference Hall of the University. PGUPS was represented by Rector Alexander Panychev, First Vice Rector and Vice Rector for Research Dr Tamila Titova, Vice Rector for International Cooperation and Public Relations Evgenii K. Koroviakovskii, the Head of the International Relations Department Yuliya V. Strelchenya, the Head of the Department of the Economics of Transport Natalya A. Zhuravlyeva and the President of the International Foundation for Education and Culture G. Popov.

Talks focused on the development of joint educational programmes, in particular, in the fields of economics, joint research projects as well as on faculty and student mobility.

The delegation from Spain visited the University Museum at Yusupov Palace.
