On November 14, 2018, a number of cooperation agreements were signed at the venue of the Betancourt International Engineering Forum at the Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University.

The agreement between Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University and National Rail and Transport Institute of India was signed by the Rector A.Y. Panychev and Vice-Rector Shri Agarwal.

The agreement between Russian University of Transport and the National Rail and Transport Institute of India was signed by the Rector B.А. Levin and Vice-Rector Shri Agarwal.

The agreement between the Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University and Miklouho-Maclay Foundation for Preservation of Ethno-Cultural Heritage was signed by the Rector A.Y. Panychev and Member of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation K.E. Bezpalko.

The agreement between Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University and M.L. Petrovich Laboratory of Urban Planning was signed by the Rector A.Y. Panychev and Executive Director A.S. Baranov.

The signed agreements provide cooperation across different fields — educational, scientific, technical and cultural.
