On June 18, 2024, a delegation from the Trade and Economic Institute China-SCO headed by Director Zheng Shi visited Emperor Alexander I.St. Petersburg State Transport University.

On behalf of PGUPS, the meeting was held by I.A. Teryokhin, Vice-Rector for Educational Work and Industrial Relations. During the meeting, the parties discussed current areas of cooperation, including opportunities for universities to organize summer and winter schools, language training for applicants and launching network educational programs.

At the end of the negotiations, the delegation from the People’s Republic of China was given a sightseeing tour of the University with a visit to the Traffic Control Training Center named after B.P. Beshchev.
