International Relations Department manages the development of international cooperation and internalization of University’s activity, as well as promotion of educational programs and strengthening of the University’s reputation abroad.

International Relations Department is also in charge of foreign citizens’ recruiting and admissions for education programs, implementing international academic mobility programs for teachers and students, providing migration and visa support.
