Intensive Russian language course

Every year more than 100 foreign students from the USA, Germany, Spain, France and other countries attend intensive short-term Russian language courses at our Center.

We accept students of any level of Russian language proficiency: beginners as well as intermediate speakers. The Center’s courses last two or more weeks. Groups consist of 7 to 8 students. Individual lessons are also available.

The standard program includes classes in Russian 5 days a week for 4 hours a day, during which students improve their phonetic, grammatical and speaking skills. Within special courses, lectures are given on the history, geography, literature and culture of Russia. Classes are conducted by qualified teachers.

In accordance with the system adopted in Russia and included in the structure of European linguistic testing (ALTE), the Center holds tests for citizens of foreign countries (TORFL). Following the results, a state-recognized certificate is issued.

Classrooms and student hostels are located in the historic center of St. Petersburg, a five-minute walk from the Gorkovskaya metro station, and meet every contemporary requirement of comfort.
