Deputy Head of the Oktyabrskaya Railway S.I. Sereda awarded the best postgraduate students and students of PGUPS with Scholarship Certificates of the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board of Russian Railways, as well as the A.L. Stieglitz scholarships.

Vice-rector for pedagogical work and industrial relations P.K. Rybin presented the Rector’s acknowledgment letters to the University workers for their active participation in organizing the first unified graduation day in transport universities of the Russian Federation.
