On September 21, 2021, PGUPS hosted a traditional mass sports game for first-year students — «The Secrets of the Yusupov Garden».

The game was organized by the Sports Club of the Department of Physical Education, the Department of Pedagogical Work and Industrial Training, and the Students Council. The Head of the Department of PWaIT Ilya Terekhin and acting head of Physical Education Tatyana Veselkina welcomed the participants.

27 teams of 10 people from all faculties of the University took part in the game. The first-year students successfully passed difficult tests, according to the results of which the winners were determined — the «Cannon» team of the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering. They were the first to unravel the secret that the autumn Yusupov Garden kept.

The winners were awarded by Vice-Rector for Pedagogical Work and Industry Relations Petr Rybin.
