The visit of French students to St. Petersburg is finished

On July 13, 2019, a group of students from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM, Paris, France) ended their visit to St. Petersburg, which began on July 8.

On July 8, French students visited the Emperor Alexander I Petersburg State Transport University. The University staff prepared a rich program for them.

On July 9, guests from France visited St. Isaac's Cathedral. Then they visited the Maintenance Management Center of the October Directorate of Infrastructure and the Traffic Control Center in the direction of St. Petersburg - Moscow, where excursions were organized for them.

On July 10, students from Paris got a tour of the Museum of Russian Railways, and on July 11, they visited the Luzhskaya station and the port of Ust-Luga.

At the end of the program for the French guests visited the State Museum-Reserve «Peterhof» - the pearl of Russian palace and park ensembles - on July 12.

The Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) is one of the co-founders and partners of the PGUPS on the scientific and educational project «Heritage of Betancourt», implemented in 2015 – 2018, during the preparation and celebration of the 260th anniversary of Augustine Betancourt. GMP St. Isaac's Cathedral, JSCo «Russian Railways» and GMP Peterhof also joined this project.
