On April 24-25, delegation of the Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University led by the Vice-rector for International Cooperation and Public Relations Evgeniy Koroviakovskii with the participation of Roszheldor representatives — Head of the Department of Educational Institutions and Legal Support Merkulov G.V., Head of Infrastructure and Transportation Department Krupin V.A. and Heads of Territorial Administrations visited Sweden.

The purpose of this trip was to improve the qualification based on the additional professional educational program «Project Management in the field of transport, education and science within the framework of cross-border cooperation programs.»

On April 24, delegation visited Swedish railways. Presentation «Swedish railways: 20 years of reform experience» was presented to the guests.

On April 25, Russian guests visited KTH Royal Institute of Technology — the biggest technical university in Sweden, founded in1827. Nowadays 750 teachers, 1130 scientists are working and 15000 are studding there.

The delegation was acquainted with the educational and scientific base of the institute; there was an exchange of ideas between experts.

On the same day, the Russian delegation flew to Norway.
