On June 8, 2021, PGUPS representatives — PGUPS Rector A.Yu. Panychev, Head of the project office for PGUPS international programs I.P. Kiselev, and President of the International Public Fund for Culture and Education G.N. Popov — visited the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia.

Rectors A.Yu. Panychev and E.G. Vardanyan exchanged information on their universities’ events, proposals to develop contacts in the academic, scientific and cultural spheres, discussed projects for the near future. The guests were shown around the university’s campus, numerous scientific laboratories of NUACA.

On the same day, the rectors of the two universities signed a cooperation agreement in the field of education and science.

PGUPS Rector A.Yu. Panychev invited NUACA scientists to take part in the III Betancourt International Engineering Forum, which is scheduled for December 2021. In turn, the heads of NUACA informed their guests that their university is going to celebrate the 100^th anniversary, and invited the PGUPS representatives to participate in this important event.
