On December 3, meetings with foreign delegations were held within the Betancourt International Engineering Forum.

Rector A.Yu. Panychev conversed with guests from Mongolia — representatives of the Railway Training and Research Center, the Ulan Bator Railway and the Ministry of Roads and Transport Development of Mongolia, as well as a delegation from Uzbekistan — representatives of Oʻzbekiston Temir Yoʻllari and the Tashkent Institute of Railway Transport Engineers.

On the same day, the Rector of PGUPS met the delegations of the Xi’an Railway Survey and Design Institute (PRC), Cuban Railways (Cuba), Le CNAM (France), Latvian Railways (Latvia) and, of course, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Talgo company and University of Deusto (Spain).
