2021 PGUPS student hostel check-in list has been published.

If you find you last name in the student hostel check-in list, please arrive at the hostel specified therein within the period from August 25 to September 1.

In case you cannot arrive during the specified period, in order to maintain your living arrangement, you must inform the hostel administration about the date of your arrival by  phone or e-mail.

Individual masks are required when visiting hostels.

You must have the following documents:

• Passport;
• Dermatology certificate;
• Four photographs (3 × 4);
• Notarial consent — approval of one of the parents (for a minor student).

Additional information for foreign citizens!

Foreign students must take a PCR test for COVID-19 not earlier than 3 days before arriving in the Russian Federation. A negative PCR test result (in Russian or English) must be presented when checking into a student hostel.

Within 3 days from the date of your arrival on the territory of the Russian Federation, foreign students independently (after notifying the student hostel attendant or head) call the laboratory service to take the COVID-19 test.

The resident should maintain self-isolation before receiving the COVID-19 test result. After receiving the negative COVID-19 test result, you will be placed in the hostel, specified in the list. If you know the date of your arrival on the territory of the Russian Federation, you need to inform of it the administration of the hostel, where you will maintain self-isolation.

Upon receiving a positive COVID-19 test result and/or showing symptoms of acute respiratory disease (fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough), you should inform the hostel administration.
