November 9, 2023 was held the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference «Perspectives and trends of management development in the XXI century in complex economic conditions».

The IV International Scientific and Practical Conference was timed to the anniversary date — the 30th anniversary of the Faculty of Economics and Management and was held within the State Program «Priority 2030».

At the plenary session with a greeting speech to the participants appealed the Head of the Faculty of «Management and Marketing» Prof. T.Y. Ksenofontova. Ksenofontova, who introduced the moderators of the breakout sessions (Associate Professor V.P. Krikun and Associate Professor L.A. Kravchenko) and members of the organizing committee of the Conference — representatives of the faculty «Management and Marketing» (A.I. Goncharova and E.I. Skiteva). At the plenary session the representatives of the partner university — St. Petersburg University of Industrial Technologies and Design — made detailed reports.

Within the framework of sectional platforms, scientific reports were made by professors, master’s students of our university and from another universities of St. Petersburg. The speakers shared the results of their research on the development of management systems in modern economic conditions, both at the micro- and macro-level. At the breakout sessions the problems of improving management processes, issues of marketing management in small and medium-sized companies were discussed.
